home life :
Though I'll always entirely be a dabbler and love to work, I'm a domestic at heart and could spend the entire day working on our home. I love to personalize our space, not with the latest trends or overpriced pieces, but with items that evoke a certain memory or milestone in our lives--collected over time organically--never rushed or contrived.
A TON has changed in the last year, and since winter 2016, we've been working on a seventy-year-old brick bungalow to make it our own, in a fun neighborhood I've admired since I was a kid. It's pretty surreal-- I've been drawing house plans, collecting paint chips, and journaling design projects since I was 8 years old. [No exaggeration here.] To follow along from the purchase to move-in day and beyond, venture here.
